I have a facility that tests potatoes for flavor, texture, etc... This particular use will be inside an existing facility where they are adding walls and a mezzanine to create two small labs. Neither level will be over 1,100 sf with 8'6" ceilings. I'm thinking that it needs to be classified as OH 1 having a similar function as to a "Dairy products manufacturing and processing" facility. This is based on the Annex of NFPA 13, 2010 ed., A.5.3.1. Would anyone think that this should be classified differently?
