MoU memorandum of understanding.

I think there might be an analogy in the following story.

Nothing seems to correlate with predicting teacher performance.
    teacher grades in school
teacher relationship with parents and authority figures
    teacher degrees
which school the teachers earned their degrees from
    teachers passion for sharing information
    teachers favorite colors
whether the teachers parents were teachers
    whether the teachers like apples

the only way that teachers have-to-date been successfully evaluated for
their ability to *graduate students with capacity and readiness for the
subsequent level of study* is by observing teacher performance in the
classroom.

lesson: watch and release. release those that don't teach. It is
tough-love for those that feel the calling of teaching, but what is more
important, that the teacher loves their job, or that we *graduate students
for the purpose of advancing all of our standards?*
*
*
There could be analogies from this teaching evaluation to other professions
involving the complexities of human interaction.
