I believe that meets the scope and intent of chapter 5 of the IFC. I just want 
the experts to tell me if I'm right or wrong. I wasn't trying to be evasive, I 
didn't want to bias the poll. I'd like to get Roland, Steve, John, Ron and 
anyone else who represents an unbiased expert opinion to chime in and take a 
position. If possible, directly to my email, and on official letterhead would 
be greatly appreciated.
