One additional question also- IS it QR or FR heads that need to be tested at 20 years/ every 10 thereafter? Section 5.1.1.1.3 says fast response elements. Maybe I'm missing something?

There are items with an annual frequency but it’s not uncommon to check all items with a frequency up to 1 yr during that inspection. Having said that, we had it as part of our old 5 year form just to ensure it was recorded somewhere. It gets an N/A util the system is older.
