Per NFPA 13, system size is limited to 52k sq ft.  Of that, only 40k sq ft
can be storage/EH areas.  So, if there were 10k sq ft of non-storage space
and 40k sq ft of storage space, then it would be correct.  If there is only
storage/EH areas, then system size is obviously limited to 40k sq ft.
