Quite possible. If that sprinkler was driving everything else then it could 
happen. 

It’s likely your total demand dropped significantly. 

See where your most demanding sprinkler is with that piece as 1”. Also look at 
what each sprinkler is actually flowing. Now change it to 1.25” and see the 
difference in those items.
