The committee discussion on this change was the in a 400 cubic foot enclosure, it doesn’t matter where the sprinkler is relative to the shelf. Think about in rack sprinklers and the product loads…. I agree there should be concern for bumping the sprinkler but no one is loading the closet with a forklift so….
