I still don't get it: you came here to report that LMS crashed. That it installed plugins you didn't want to install. That those plugins were using crazy settings (like scanning all your disks). And then you say there was nothing suspicious? Next you'll be woken up in the middle of the night to nightmarish music and still consider this normal?

Really, there's no meantime. Close those ports and report back if the issues haven't magically disappeared then.
