Where are the 3rd party plugins? I've only been able to locate them (pCP) in slimserver/cache/InstalledPlugins
That's correct. But that folder is managed by the plugin installer. If you copy stuff there manually, it might get removed again, or installation of updates may fail or whatever. Just leave the plugin installation to the plugin manager. Don't mess with that folder.
