Since your Ethernet connected SB radio works, I think you confirmed you have a wifi6 or mesh network problem.
I do not have the expertise as others here, but here are my observations or suggestions. This is based upon the assumption you still need a wifi6 or mesh network. Removing the orbi would solve the problem. 1 Return the Orbi and try another manufacturer.
