OK. I've done some tests.

All results are consistent and entirely reproducable.

Conclusions:
BBC Radio 7 is just entirely unavailable (maybe the BBC have given up
on it!)
Logitech BBC *App* is entirely useless (and always has been, even in
7.3.**)
There may some problem with the 48k feeds when they are presented as an
alternative to 128k feeds (but not always, see BBC Radio 4)

I'd welcome any thoughts about this that you may have Bryan. I'm
guessing that it is a BBC playlist issue, not an ISP or routing one (but
I'm not so good at this really).

Radio 6 (128k) - fine
Radio 7 (0k) - silent
World Sevice (32k) - fine.
