in 7.3 there was an issue that the More Radio/BBC 5Live URL was the international URL. This meant even if you were in the UK you got the "due to licensing issues" message as you were trying to play the international stream.
Now BBC now have a single 5Live URL which means you get the UK or non-UK service as appropriate - however the BBC app does not use this new URL and so you may still get the licensing message.
