Great.

I guess that BOSH was originally intended as a general transport, but in
this day and age would anybody actually use it for anything other than
xmpp? I'd say probably not. In which case let's just concentrate on making
it work really well, and as simply as possible, for XMPP.

I'd really like to see more of these complicated extensions simplified
where possible. Really pleased with the ideas for breaking up xep-0060
into more manageable chunks from the summit too :)
