Yes, that is the correct memory.   If you want to maximize the RAM, 
then you will need to buy 2 of them.  The problem is that there is 
almost no demand for the 32MB DIMMs, so you can try and sell the old 
32MB DIMMs but do not count on it.

If the drive is listed as 'Retail Box' then it will come with a 
cable, screws, and mounting hardware to install the drive in a 5 1/4" 
bay.   If it is 'OEM' or 'Bare Drive' then it is just the drive with 
nothing else.
