Legally no you can't copy and distribute Apple commercial software. You are not likely to get caught, but it isn't honest or ethical. For my own personal use, I ALWAYS make working copies and put the originals away in a safe place (and no I don't mean sold on eBay). What I find quite convient is to make a CDR that is bootable, with a full installer for OS 8.5, plus the installer to update to 8.6, Clean Install Assistant, TechTool lite, and anything else that seems handy. -- StarMax is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and... / Buy books, CDs, videos, and more from Amazon.com \ / <http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/redirect-home/lowendmac> \ Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> StarMax list info: <http://lowendmac.com/lists/starmax.html> Send list messages to: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/starmax%40mail.maclaunch.com/> Using a Macintosh?
