I think that he deserves a copy of the CD, just like someone looking to replace a bad 
power supply deserves one of those. I have an original CD for my 5500, and if I had a 
mac burner and knew that it would be the right CD for his different machine, I'd do it 
for him in a minute. However, if I felt there was something illegitimate about him or 
his request, I would not hesitate to say no; and we all have that right.
