compare to the other link. it appears to me that removing hard drive/floppy cage (right side middle of picture) will allow access to battery.

Yeah, I linked to this page earlier in the thread. Only problem is that the floppy drive seems to be screwed on on the back side. In other words, it seemed like it's not possible without doing a lot of other "surgery".


I'm gonna try the suggestion about loosening the MB when I get home.
