Dear Michael I wrote in the spirit of generality however, yes, your definition is more exact. And yes, Accu - NiMH seems (to me) to just drop out, no maintaining a small charge, and then lose it rapidly under load, just puff no charge, no diskman groaning music stuff, just dead stop, narda! I make this observation as beside the national grid here in France supplying nuclear generated electricity to us via plug sockets and what have you, a heck of a lot of it gets stored innumerous NiMH cells we have and used in various stuff, like this mouse I am using etc.! Anyway have you tried replacing the battery in the 'Max yet? What result?
