[stfax] Supra modem settings

Hello All,

I just got on this list so pardon me if this question has been
asked/answered.

I'm having trouble sending faxes with STFax and a Supra Express 56k modem. 
Does anyone have settings for this modem that works well?

I also have trouble sending/receiving email sometimes, so I suspect it's the
modem settings.  Right now I'm just using the defaults from the factory.

I have STFax 3.5, A2000, OS 3.1, GVP 030/40, 2 meg chip, 8 meg fast.
