[stone] How do I learn to build with stone (in Australia)?

Hi

I have noticed a few emails of late relating to
'building with stone' and masonary in particular.  Is
there anyone out there who know of any stone building
courses/information in the Sydney (Australia) region?

Also, what is the likelihood of Masonry Apprenticeships
still being on offer?
