So technically the votes that really count are the votes of the IPMC members. However, given that we're tying to build a community here its important that all the active members participate and that it gets a "clean" vote .. that is absolutely no -1s. It doesn't matter in a formal vote count, but from a practical measure of "how are things going here" its best if everyone who's active finds the release acceptable and votes +1.
So, if you get a chance to review the release and find it acceptable, please do vote +1. I'd also like to remind the current IPMC members to be proactive in bringing in new committers and new IPMC members - we're in a growth stage here and you need to be a bit more proactive than is usual to bring more people in.
