Well it sure is more then 1-3 days, our webiste was hacked as well (host provider is Smartyhost in Melbourne - Australia), and I did request a review on the 6th Of November, and so far to no avail. Spoke to Smartyhost today, and they said that it might be because I placed a forward URL on the index.html page, and now have replaced that page with our normal website (static and clean). And have resubmitted a review again with Google and badware.org. This hole issue is getting out of hand.
