Steve, I BEG to differ, I asked for reconsideration from GOOGLE THREE WEEKS AGO... For a website I coded 4 years ago, www.longlanehomeservices.com AND I AM still waiting... I too feel it is totally UNFAIR and that GOOGLE & STOPBADWARE.ORG are acting like malware HIJACKING websites and robbing mom& pop shops of being able to utilize their web presence... I pulled this sites code and combed it. There are NO external links aside from a link to mapquest - I have NO idea what landed this site on this list to begin with and I have No recourse...
Please understand our frustration here - it is extremely difficult to be the web developer in this position with out any recourse to this THE ALMIGHTY GOOGLE - I LOVED GOOGLE, I do I like there principles, this is REALLY KILLING me.
