the problem is Natalie.. almost every one of the major and smaller hosting companies have had some level of breech over the past year or so. some more than others.. My personal opinion is someone gets infected, they call the tech peeps, the tech person goes to the site in HIS browser on HIS PC and whamo.. job well done.. now the Trojan/virus is in the tech support system.. and if it is a keylogger oh boy thats bad news.. Thats why I emphatically always tell people in our position to call the tech but tell them NOT to view the site in the browser. Many of these Trojans/Virii are now "drive-by" types.. you get no warning.. nothing pops up in your anti-whatever you might have running.. virtually undetectable until this start happening whether on your site, your bank account or maybe your PC is mis-behaving..
