          From my limited experience on this group, all I can say is you
are not the first one to experience heartburn!

I think the stopbadware.org admins, who have contacts at Google could
help to expedite your case. Further, some members of Google do post on
this list and I hope they can ask someone in there to scan your site on
more time. 

One of the people I have helped, had to actually go upto Google's
offices and euphemistically speaking "blast them with the choicest of
epithets" before someone took notice and took his site off the list. If
nothing works call them.. unfortunately, I am on the outside and can
only offer advise.
