I can tell I'm trying to accomplish to many different tasks. The reason that I can tell is that I've got a workspace with that fix already in it which I've been using as my test base.

The problem doesn't go away once the ExpCmdSN is correctly set.

Based on that little foobar, I would guess that line 692 might be the culprit.
