After looking through the logs, it appears the login was successful and
there was I/O operations, then a ping
timeout of 5 seconds occur and the initiator decided to login again with
the same ISID, that when the target
issued an "Implicit Shutdown", the implicit shutdown is caused by a
login with an active ISID, the iscsi target
will shutdown the current session and close the existing connection with
the ISID, then the target will create
a new session for the new login connection, the new login was a success
and I/O continue until the next ping
timeout (I assume the ping is the iscsi nop), now the question is why
did the 'iscsi nop' timeout.

Can you set the qlog-lvl to 0x80000077 to get more debug informations.
