HI Nivel I've tried to run your iscsitgt (replaced my /usr/sbin/amd64/iscsitgt) (Of course, disabling service first and enabling it after rewriting binary).
Unfortunately, the picture is still the same :( Looking at the prstat during testing I see LA about 0.2-0.3. iscsitgd is using 1.6% of CPU. BTW, while we constatly receiving NOP-timeouts some data get through, and in in sometime mkfs finishes. And we get healthy FS, which can be used. Tomorrow, I'll run all over again, taking all the logs including network snoop. Thanks for your help!
