Little update.
I've tried snooping interface - we see the same picture as with Tano:
When data flow builds up, target swiftly reduces TCP window to 0 and stays 
there, until initator reestablishes connection. Then it works for a short time 
and drops back to 0 window. More detailed logs I'll take tomorrow.
