I'll retract that statement I made assuming you mean the reverse domain name in the iqn is one you own, and upon re-reading what you said I'm sure that it what you meant, so yes that would be world-wide unique as per RFC 3720 naming standards for the iqn. So as I said, you can do this with the COMSTAR iSCSI target.
