Seriously though..I don't have neither mySQL nor PostgreSQL installed and I'm
doing
just fine for my "web work" which consists on browsing & email .

Yes,consistency in mailbox format would be nice.I still don't understand why
nobody
uses var/(spool)/mail for mail and that's it.having mail in /home/foo/.bar and
/home/foo/.xxx
while system mail is in /var/(spool)/mail doesn't really help .

The problem I see with all of them is :They're ugly (Mahogany excluded).Everybody
is copying from MacOS features while losing one of the nices things about
MacOS-the great look of the (clunky) interface .:-)
I still think that some Linux UI designers should be forced to use a Mac for 6
months running MacOs 9 and 3 months using MacOS X .Only then they should be
allowed to design and implemest a GUI .:-)
Well .,all Mac users out there shall know what I'm talking about.
