My name is Brian Joyce. I am a west sider and grew up in the midway area of St.Paul. I ran for the St.Paul School Board last year and have been and remain an active volunteer with schools. I have been a site council co-chair, led a principal search group, and been the co-chair of the citizens budget and finance advisory group.
