I am curious, why would we even discuss or negotiate this? I would
think the city needs to set a criteria for the area and enforce it.
Oh that's right, the city only enforces ordinances against private
citizens.

I believe the Snelling and University intersection is
shared by Ward 1 (diagonally oposite the proposed CVS
site). Has Councilwoman Montgomery taken a position on
this issue?
And doesn't the city have a goal of having new
development be transit friendly? A facility oriented
to a parking lot hardly seems to meet that goal.
