I think I know why it happened. Dave wants to quit, and has for a long time. But as he goes around schmooz ... chatting with his friends and constituents, all the places he goes are full of smoke. Just full of it. It's almost impossible to quit with all that smoke around. And that's why I support the ban. I can't totally stop, either. When I go to my favorite neighborhood watering hole (Patrick McGovern's, 225 W Seventh, tell Jeanne I said "Hi!") I can't avoid the urge to light up. Fortunately, I have to cut down on the booze, too, so this only happens like once a week at most. But still, it's the principle. So I support it because it's good for me, even though I still once in a while light up. I think it'd be great to live in a world where I don't have to worry about that. And I'll be Dave is in about the same boat. :-) Erik Hare [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://home.comcast.net/~wabbitoid/ Irvine Park, West End, Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA, North America, Earth Fine Amish furniture, cedar chests, and crafts http://www.harmonycedar.com _____________________________________________ NEW ADDRESS FOR LIST: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To subscribe, modify subscription, or get your password - visit: http://www.mnforum.org/mailman/listinfo/stpaul Archive Address: http://www.mnforum.org/mailman/private/stpaul/
