Could someone send me a pointer to, or just post, the existing regulations
regarding non-smoking sections in restaurants?

I'm wondering if we shouldn't just opt for a big expansion of non-smoking
sections, to the point where some people will opt to go smoke free but if
places really want to allow smoking they have to provide ventilation of a
certain rate, etc.

I'd like to see what's in place now to see if that can be expanded without
a lot of fuss, as it seems to work.
