I hope Scenic Minnesota starts a listing of billboard advertisers so I know who not to patronize, and which charities to send letters to with no checks.
I guess I am really confused.
People who want a smoking ban say that Economic Boycotts don't work, but people say that one against those that advertise on billboards works.
Living in confusion on the West End, but then what else is new eh?
