what is unenforceable about it? with the volume of business most places do, it
wouldn't come down to a few dollars.
side note: for those 10 or so "smoke haters" on the list, there is a place up
my way in brooklyn center, right across from brookdale on brooklyn blvd called
the 50's grill. entire joint is smoke free. home cookin', soda fountain and
the best apple pie in the cities.
