A total sell-out. Kelly is contemptible. So are those on the council that
rubberstamp his (and the Chamber of Commerce's) agenda. No wonder people
disrespect much of government - it is obviously more responsive to big
money and corporations (Big Tobacco in this case) than in citizens,
health, or simple justice.

Here is corporate domination, gripping StPaul with yet one more slimy
tentacle. Eat the corporation!

What to do with Kelly: kick'em out, kick'em out, kick'em out!

All honor in this and many other matters to the better half of the new
council: Thune, Lantry, Helgen, and Benenav! May they be joined by at
least one more like them, and/or a new improved mayor!
