This Thursday at 7:30 am the Ramsey County Citizens Advisory Council, a group of volunteers who are advisory to the Ramsey County Board fo Commissioners about services provided by the Community Human Services Department, will be having a Legislative Breakfast for the Ramsey County Legislative Delegation.
Some of us volunteers are people who struggle with mental illness, some are parents of kids with mental and physical disabilities,some are people with low incomes. It is always interesting to see which legislators have time to listen to us and which ones can't come because they have to make their local chamber of commerce meeting. So if you want to come to this civic meeting you're welcome to join us. I can send you the agenda and you can attend the preplanning meeting the day before. Should be plenty for a ten page paper. Or if you want a coffee house in a neighboorhood that has a little more color, try Golden Tyme on Selby and Milton on Saturday morning. That's where the neighborhood meets.
