If, as the article points out, the airport is to be used for business jets and if its going to be beneficial to the business community, it shouldn't be the tax payers who pick up the tab. Since we are trying to tag taxpayers with a greater amount of "fees" for everything from street lights to plowing, this flood wall project should be a "fee" to the businesses that use the airport.
