If, as the article points out, the airport is to be used for
business jets and if its going to be beneficial to the business
community, it shouldn't be the tax payers who pick up the tab. 
Since we are trying to tag taxpayers with a greater amount of "fees"
for everything from street lights to plowing, this flood wall
project should be a "fee" to the businesses that use the airport.

Another update on a recurring topic in our forum.

According the a quote in the article from Kathy Lantry:

"This is about prioritizing limited city funds," she said. "We have

only so many dollars. If we spend $1 million on Holman Field, that

means we can't spend it anywhere else, like on recreation
centers."
