What does highway 52 have to do with stolen cars?
My neighborhood district council has been working for years to improve livability in my neighborhood. Years ago (10?), in order to get the facts, they applied for and received grants to conduct research studies with the help of qualified folks. One of the studies was to examine the health of the neighborhood in terms of infrastructure and housing. Long story short......
they discovered that the homes were well-loved and maintained but that the quality of city services was behind the rest of the city (alleys, sidwalks, curbs, tow trucks, plows .....)
Physical and visual separation will draw criminals and their stuff.
Thanks for asking...
