There you go, arguing with the straw liberals in your head again. NO one save
some far leftist actual marxists, are arguing for that. Very few liberals are
evn willing to go so far as returning to the REPUBLICAN-set taxation levels of
the 50's.

What actual, breathing lberals want is a government economic policy that
recognizes that the extreme disparities of wealth in this country are not
conducive to, you know ACTUAL freedom and liberty*, and should be amended with
constructive economic policy. A policy that, for example, recognized that
income form salaries and wages should be considered the equal (under tax
policy) to the income generated from rents (in the macroeconomic sense as in
'the rentier class'), and taxed a equivalent levels, and that a progressive
taxation system has historically resulted in the greatest prosperity for all.

Christ on a goddamn stick, all most people are asking for is a return to the
tax levels of the Clinton Administration, basically the rollback of the Bush
tax cuts, and your side is responding as if we're Robert Mugabe siezing all the
white's property.

FSM only kws what would happen to you if you were ever actually confronted by a
REAL socialist….
