That's funny, when pressed liberal Democrats in Congress will NOT define what they mean by "rich" and they will NOT say what percentage a rich individual should be allowed to keep.
So, unless you can provide multiple quotes from mainstream Democrats that specify what constitutes "rich," or what they consider is fair for rich individuals to keep, or that they aren't willing to use force to extract those taxes, then you're head is full of santorum.
