You can do whatever you like - you are the designer! If nothing else you will generate a discussion between other 'anoraks' like the rest of us! However, if you worry about the 'purity' aspect and since you have already corrected for longitude, you could use the phrases 'Standard Solar Time' and 'Daylight Saving Solar Time'. Then mark your EoT graph as providing the correction from 'Solar Time' to 'Mean Time'.
