Dave, sorry for the confusion. I meant vendor supported in the
"officially released, we have tested these, they are supposed to work on
our platform, etc." sense.
OH oh oh, ok...I'm sorry, I misunderstood your point.
Calling in for support usually results in a
less than desirable experience, as you mention. But that doesn't mean
that the vendor hasn't taken some steps to verify the new packages work
for their product.
Oh well. For me it's all really a moot point unless Citrix also decides
to support Linux for Presentation Server for UNIX, which seems very
unlikely. :-(
