But i remove the old SRSS 3.1 and install the new one SRSS 4.0 but the error
is the same.
even i evn try to unconfigure it and reconfigure it again by ./utconfig -u
but at the end it gives me

utdsd starting
Adding user admin ...
Failed to add user(s) to the list
ERROR: Could not retrieve policy.

and on the /var/opt/SUNWut/log/messages
sunray utpolicy [ID 6282]: open_connection(): Could not bind to DS server
sunray -  can't connect to the LDAP Server
sunray utauthd [ID 702911]: open_connection(): Could not bind to DS server
sunray -  can't connect to the LDAP Server
sunray utauthd [ID 358963]: main CONFIG_ERROR: AdminImpl:utjadmin.so or
configuration error in /etc/opt/SUNWut/utadmin.conf
sunray utglpolicy: open_connection(): Could not bind to DS server sunray
