Why is it a poor default to save energy?


Just to be clear: the "poweroff" parms key controls the automatic poweroff of the Sun Ray unit after a certain time of non-use.

AFAIK there is no way to disable the power button to prevent that it is used to power off the unit. If think you need that, you anyhow need to lock the unit and cabling into an enclosure that prevents pulling the power cable...
