Funnily enough, & in short, the very small Olive mailing list at:
http://www.onelist.com/community/olive/
has just been discussing the Enigma IV album. I'm a big fan of the first
two Enigma albums, thought the third was a bit bland and made no
advances, and thought the fourth was an attempt to copy the third, so I
was pretty disappointed. And in my opinion, if you want to hear
Ruth-Ann's voice shine properly you should listen to the first Olive
album.
And on the subject of shine...

Definitely recommended. Musically it's not as complex and multi-layered
as the other artists you just mentioned, but it's great trance with
fantastic and pensive vocals.
