The same thing happens with the second UR card, and it does it both in the upper and lower slots. Yes, I am in Austin, but I'm pretty confident that it would do similarly with your UR card as well. I haven't tried reinstalling the software yet. I guess that is my next step. You may remember I posted several months ago that I got some improvement on the UR card by upgrading to OS 9.1. I believe you were documenting some problems with the UR under 8.6 at that time. So it did work flawlessly for awhile, and somewhere along the line the artifacts started appearing.
