    Thanks to David, I was able to insert a jumper in the right spot on the
front, and the Quantum is now booting flawlessly on startup.

    As usual, this is a great and helpful list. Thanks to all who replied to
this thread, it's given me some food for thought on installing a VST card
and a 40 gig drive next :)
